Consistent quality is assured through our brand new plant totally sourced through Carbonation Techniques Ltd. We operate a nine head rinser with a nine head filler and a single head crowner.

With this machine we can bottle more than 1,000 500ml bottles per hour.  It is a fully automated process that includes double pre-evacuation to ensure oxygen pick up for carbonated beer is virtually eliminated. We have also had a carbonating machine built that will ensure an equal balance of CO2 within each bottle of every product. This precise balance will be reproduced every time the same product is bottled.

Labelling

We can also offer our customers help with labelling. We have invested in a labeller which applies full wraparound labels. We are also negotiating with several label producers so we can develop a cost effective one-stop-shop solution - particularly for brewers new to the bottle market - to ensure art work and label costs do not prohibit small scale producers from using our facility. 

Packaging

We currently offer bottles packaged in substantial cardboard boxes. In the near future we will also be able to offer product packaged on shrink-wrapped trays. Our cardboard packaging offers several different packaging solutions - such as gift packs in various quantities such as three,  four or six.

Storage and delivery

Finally, we can also offer a storage and onward delivery service for the bottled product which will reduce handling costs and remove any pressure on storage facilities at our customers' premises.
