Cumbrian Contract Bottling is a family-owned independent company which was incorporated in 2007 with the aim of servicing the Cumbrian microbreweries.

Beginning with a handful of local customers, many of whom we still work with today, we could originally produce around 2000 bottles a day.

Since then the industry has grown significantly and we have diversified and upscaled as a result. We still offer volume flexibility and provide bespoke filtration and carbonation processes.

we now service businesses across the United Kingdom and offer canning and labelling/packaging services to supplement our bottling operation which can produce 2400 bottles an hour.

Our process

RECEIVING PRODUCT

Once the beer arrives on site it goes through our goods in department where it is organised for processing

CHILLING

The beer is then put in our state of the art cold stores and chilled down ready for processing

TESTING

The beer is analysed, making sure the colour, taste and composition are all in line with our customers requirements

FILTRATION AND CARBONATION

The product is filtered and carbonated in accordance with any customer requirements, from full-sterile clarity to flavoursome haziness

LABELLING

The final stage in product customisation, decide from our range of labelling options how to present your product

PACKING AND TRANSPORT

We can provide logistical solutions to help your beer arrive where it needs to go
